ABOUT – ALLISON MARLOWE
The story so far……
It's true, the pace of life today is really too fast and we can often find ourselves spending far too much time doing what we don't really want to and little time following our dreams.
Three years ago that was me - I was living a very different life working in further education and feeling stressed and tired most of the time.
I decided it was time to do something for me and trained with The Coaching Academy, Europe's largest trainer of professional coaches.
My life has changed beyond recognition, I set up Pace of Life Coaching and have never looked back. Initially I brought together my experience and skills as an Early Years Practitioner and College Lecturer to offer unique coaching to help parents optimise their parenting skills.
That was then, but this is now….
Many of the women I worked with came to me concerned about their child's behaviour. What I found after some gentle probing was that these mums were feeling increasingly dissatisfied with their own lives. Life was like a continuously turning hamster wheel, constantly juggling the demands of family, home and work, following the same old routines day in and out leaving little or no time for themselves.
It dawned on me one day that these women were following my own path, a path towards running their own small business's that would offer them the opportunity to live life on their own terms, a life which allows them more freedom, more time and more flexibility to do the things they want to do whilst still earning a living.
Furthermore, with each new client I coached or mentored the more I realised that each of these women needed to meet up with each other, Hampshire Winning Women was born and has continued to grow over the past year, to become a successful supporting network group with over 120 women dipping in and taking part in our themed evenings.
On September 29th 2008 the new company launches, with a whole new look and lots more easy to access services that will enable you to grow your business.
